Haupttätigkeitsbereich: Forschungen im Bereich der Bildungsförderung
Die Forschungsgruppe untersucht in erster Linie die Aspekte der gesundheitlichen Ausbildungsbereiche (vorwiegend allgemeine Humanmedizin und Zahnmedizin), mit deren Hilfe die Weitergabe und das Aneignen des Wissens effektiver verwirklicht werden können. All dies mit dem Ziel, damit die Studierende für die Arbeit im Gesundheitswesen besser vorbereitet werden und damit die professionelle Versorgung der Patienten während der Ausbildung effektiv durchgeführt wird.
Unser Forschungsinteresse dehnt sich auf die Messung der Effektivität der einzelnen Lehr- und Unterrichtsmethoden aus, bzw. auf das Adaptieren von Prüfungsmethoden, die in dem internationalen Umfeld angewendet werden. Die umfassenden Forschungen, die sich auf die Ausbildung beziehen, betreffen die Messung der Soft Skills, die in den Ausbildungs- und Abschlussanforderungen festgelegt sind, und die Überprüfung des Zulassungsverfahrens und der Lernumgebung.
Bei Beibehaltung der Perspektive der praktischen Anwendung führen wir qualitative und quantitative, observative und experimentelle Untersuchungen durch. Des Weiteren sind wir auch bei der Publikationen der Ergebnisse der Forschungen aktiv.
